Find and review gift orders

Gifty collects the gift details submitted through the storefront widget and associates them with the matching Shopify order.

Find an order

Open Gift orders in Gifty. The list shows the order name, gift status, payment status, and order date.

Use the search field to find an order by its order name or gift status. Use the pagination controls when the result contains more than one page.

Review gift details

Select an order to review:

• Gift status, payment status, and fulfillment status
• The purchased item and quantity
• Recipient, sender, and gift message
• Gift add-ons and their quantities
• Tag-automation status and synchronization time

Select Open in Shopify when you need the complete Shopify order or want to perform an order-management action.

If an expected gift order is missing, confirm that the customer completed checkout with gift details selected. When contacting support, share the Shopify order number rather than customer addresses, payment data, or other sensitive information.
